Young man was very nice. Did fine on all but main bathroom. As he left told me could not get around stool which is very bad and now I will have to do it. He also told me to give him a 10 rate. So knew did not earn or would not tell me. Is that how are taught by you.

The rep was professional and nice. The quality of the carpet cleaning was poor. Our carpets have minimal traffic and the traffic areas were still present when the carpets dried.
The tile and the grout look good, though.
Unfortunately the carpets don’t look any different. The rep actually told me that there was minimal dirt picked up. He was thorough and went o we the areas repeatedly he said and told me the darker areas would go away when the carpet dried. They didn’t. I do have pictures if you’d like to see.
To rectify the issue, we’d love the traffic areas cleaned so they aren’t present. If that isn’t an option, I’d like to be reimbursed for the carpet cleaning.

Staff was knowledge, courteous and informative
This was our first time using Zerorez to clean our kitchen tile floors. We were very happy with the result. Brian G. arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and appreciated that he listened to our concerns. Brian went right to work and made sure after he had finished that we voiced any concerns we may have had. We had no concerns and will be using Zerorez for future cleaning and for other rooms. Quick, efficient, and great communication
Such a wonderful job!!! They were able to get stains out of our pale carpets that the other guys couldn't. I immediately recommended Zerorez to my best friend out in Mesa.
My carpet and tile were cleaned and my hoise even smelled better after. The actual employee who came to my house was punctual, friendly, kind, relatable, and did a very good job.

Your own water instead of my spigot tap water - big difference. Also, because this was a large tile cleaning job it was very beneficial to have 2 techs instead of 1. Job completed more efficiently.
Very thorough
My technician, Josh, was so thorough, friendly and courteous! I will definitely use Zerorez again because he did an amazing job on my grout, tile floor and area rugs. I wish all technicans were as thorough as he was. He gets my top rating.
Everything was good just disappointed with the results, even with the extra treatment for the pet stains it still didn’t remove the smell, initially it seemed like it did but today I can still smell it. Was told the extra treatment was guaranteed to get it out and that after treating it the black light showed no signs of it being there but the smell is still there so not sure why that would be unless it wasn’t fully removed.
