Carpets come out much cleaner with Zerorez as compared to other companies. Staff are professional and courteous.

This was my first experience using Zerorez. Due to a cancellation my appointment time was pushed back a few hours which actually worked very well for me.
Colin was the carpet tech he was very professional. He explained all the issues and options to me in detail. We do not have carpeted rooms we have area rugs and several runners. We are pet lovers, owner’s. Our new “puppy” left several messes his first several months…That being said they all cleaned up very well. The rugs look much cleaner,brighter and no residue is a huge plus.
If there is a down side was the cost. Our area rugs are not very large nor or the runners. However this has not deterred us from considering using their services. I am very pleased with the results and in the future consider Zerorez for our rug and upholstery cleaning. We will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
I did order a small bottle of the zerorez carpet cleaning solution for those unexpected messes.

My carpet turned out really clean.

The guys came out and got my floors both carpet and stone floors and grout looking like new. They were respectful of my home and my Dog. Very reasonable price for all the work they did. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

It is easy to make an appointment and the technician calls when he is on the way. Technician is always on time and if they will be a little early he calls to see if it is okay if they come early and it always is.

Great job at cleaning the commercial carpet and mats in our store. We would never, ever use any other service.

Pricing too high

Zerorez’s website is easy to work with and quote was accurate. It was easy to get on your schedule in a timely manner. Your company texted and gave me a 2 hour window and when the tech was running ahead of schedule, you called and asked if you could come early.

Both Jordan and Daniel were professional and they did a great job.

Daniel was AMAZING! Takes alot of pride in his work. Super friendly. What an asset to your company. Keep him!!!!

The carpet was not adequately cleaned, still had dirt in heavily traffic area and it smelled worse than it did before cleaning. The grout was dirty and I was told that it would not come clean because it was not sealed. I hired another company and they cleaned the carpeting and the grout looked like it was new. And they charged less than you!

Easy to work with, technician listened to my concerns and reviewed how he was going to clean the carpet.

I like how clean Zerorez gets the carpets, tile and rugs. Everything dries very quickly and there is no residue, The Zerorez representative, Jeff Krause, was very professional, and he got the job done in a quick, but thorough, manner.

Great service. No hidden costs due to detailed estimate sent prior to date of service. The gentleman that did our carpet cleaning, John, was very professional and also very helpful when we asked some questions about scheduling service for cleaning our tile in the future also. After the carpets dried they weren't crusty at all and looked brand new again.

Technician cleaned our tiles and grouts very thoroughly and he was very kind, friendly. The price was also reasonable.

Zerorez cleaned our outside cushion that has mesquite stain on it. Although the stain did not completely come out, the cushion is now clean and looks much better! We will use them again.

Friendly, on time, do a superb job and a reasonable service cost. The service dries much more quickly than traditional carpet cleaning. The price is fair! You just can’t beat the results!

Even though our carpets are a few years old, they were not able to make the carpets look any better than when we did them ourselves.

Like that there are no chemicals and water has minerals taken out of it.

The person who did the second cleaning (Matthew) did a fantastic job. He had to fix the horrible mess left by the first person -- and did so with a great attitude, too.
