Your product is great ,but your service technicians are phenomenal!
I was originally quoted $414.00 and the lady I talked to said that the only way the price would change was if the hallway was shorter or longer from what she quoted. When the guys got there they looked through the house and charged more for the master bathroom as they said it was oversized. they took measures of all the rooms and the final price was around $552.00 which we were disappointed. I think that when someone calls for a quote, you should not give a firm quote and then add extra. I was fine with the increase in the hallway, but was only asked how many bathrooms we had, and she didn't ask if the one was oversized. I think that your customer service should explain that when they guys come out that they will give a firm price based on their measurements. Actually, I think you should have the guys come out first to give the estimate and then if it is suitable, they could schedule a day to clean the floors.

Everything was great until they gave me the 135.00 dollar special price that ended up to be 195.00 plus , we have a small townhouse. I know we have Bidenflation but we are feeling it too!

I have ceramic tile thru the house and with 2 dogs and 2 grandkids it needed cleaning. Andrew was my service person. He was friendly and did a great job cleaning the floor. Smelled and looked fantastic when he was done.
Gentleman was very helpful. He explained services & worked hard to provide great customer service. He even had equipment malfunction & soldiered on. My tile looked & felt great. Disappointingly, there were a couple stains on my rug that showed up once it dried.
Alice was great and very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice, and she provided excellent customer service.
Shawn, our technician, did an excellent job of getting all our stains out. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I think he should train all technicians. He takes pride in his work. I would love to have the same tech come out for the next cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez to other churches, family, and friends.
Carpet isn't clean. An evaluation to see why and if there's a remedy would be nice.

They came a lot early than they said they would come. Did call me first to tell me the time change and if it was okay to come early. Which it was ok with me. The worker was very fast and did a great job, It wasn't real wet like all the other carpet guys. My rug looked brand new. I would call them again, and again. Very happy with their work.
