I never used this company but decided to try it due to ads on KFYI. The tech was friendly and efficient and did a great job in our house.

The only criticism we have for Zerorez is the corny shtick you have to listen to while on hold whenever you call the company. It's unnecessary and extremely annoying. On hold music would be most favorable to all customers. Subjected to the silly jokes over and over is a reason I would not recommend Zerorez to others as it cheapens the company..

Carpet doesn’t appear cleaner especially in traffic areas. No effort was put into cleaning the carpet adjacent to the tile floor. I was going to purchase carpet cleaner and scrub it myself. Can you send a different individual to do a better job in these areas?
Your cleaning products and methods work wonders on badly pet-damaged upholstery! And the technician went out of his way to advise on the cleaning process, and discussed options without being pushy. I would definitely recommend your services!
