Very unhappy about the pricing which I believe is way out of order. they charge 42.00 for a hallway BUT if you have a pet Stain in the hallway it is an additional 75.00 What a ripe off. I have used zerorez for many years and have NEVER been ripped like I just was on my daughters house. I DID pay the invoice But will NEVER use them again. They totally lost me as a client!! Will never recommend them again!

The Carpet cleaning was great, we have little kids who make tons of messes and stains that have been there for months are now GONE and our carpet looks brand new again. Justin was the tech that came to our house and not only did he answer all of our questions and do a great job. He made sure to take all safety precautions so our kids wouldn't get hurt. Because of that, we will only use Zerorez for our cleaning!

We have used zerorez for many years. They always do a great job, arrive on time and always have professional staff in the office and out in the field.
My tile, especially the grout, look like a brand new room. My carpet, which I assumed would have to be replaced, looks like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez. They were at my door at the exact time they said they would be there.

Carpet doesn’t appear cleaner especially in traffic areas. No effort was put into cleaning the carpet adjacent to the tile floor. I was going to purchase carpet cleaner and scrub it myself. Can you send a different individual to do a better job in these areas?
