The rugs came out clean but they were stiff, like soap was used to clean them. Plus they stayed damper for a lot longer then advertised on your web site.
I was pleasantly surprised to have a guy who's been with ZeroRez for years. He was nice , professional, quick & informative. This was my second time using them. It felt fairly priced and well done.
2nd time I've used Zerorez. Great job. Dries fast. No crunchy feel like most carpet cleaners. Robert H had some great advice and his work shows.

Cleaning after job from messes with your equipment
We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and especially with our technician who was careful and paid attention to details. James, our technician, answered all of our questions before starting. He talked about each room and described the expected results of the cleaning. James was very careful of our furniture and walk while cleaning and even cleaned between furniture. Our carpets look so much better! We like the ZeroRez water solution and process because it does not leave a residue nor a smell.
Alway clean and dries quickly with no residue.
