Breakdown in price, associate who cleaned my house danced around the price of each line item. Frustrating to get a quote online to in person being over 200 more than originally thought.
Basically did nothing and still got charged full price. They said "we can't clean the grout" and it is still dirty and looks the same as before. Total ripoff.

Your Technicians Brian and Carly were a breath of fresh air as far as in home service goes. They were polite courteous and very knowledgeable. The "Pet Stain" treatment is a truly helpful and effective solution to a difficult and age-old problem. Wow I manage a Drycleaners and when one of my customers ask about carpet cleaning I always suggest your company, funny thing is I never used your services although just loved your concept and I finally had a chance to book an appointment with you for my moms house and we'll all I can say is that they came out fantastic like brand new her carpet is 12 years old and they were pretty nasty. The customer service was about and beyond , also.

The first time I had zero rez come out they did a great job and I was sooo soo pleased , this last time there was still several spots that don't look they were cleaned at all.
The floors didn’t even look like they were cleaned. We could still see the outline of where our rug was to put it back after the cleaning. The tech sealed our bathroom floors without cleaning them and knew they were dirty. Our carpet was hard and crunchy after the cleaning and we were told by other people that didn’t happen with this company.

I haven’t seen the finished carpets yet, but I heard the stains came up. The servicemen were nice to work with.
