The young men that cleaned my carpets were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They were on time and explained to me what they were doing. To say the least, I was very impressed by them.

The technician was really great and had very messy carpets to clean. They were very bad but he made them much better. He really explained everything he was doing and didn’t try to add charges. I told him I wasn’t expecting miracles but I just wanted them a bit cleaner for my family and he really did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased with the results and customer service and will definitely recommend Zerorez.
I always enjoy the services through Zerorez, I am slightly bothered at the fact that I paid $650 for a 1.5hr appt. I think a little more time could've been spent on the carpets and couches. There were spots that I was able to get out of the carpet and couches after the appt. And I don't think the back of the couches were done. Otherwise, in general...I'm happy.

I had to reschedule my appointment and the process was hassle free and easy. Justin R., my Zerorez technician, arrived with a smile and was courteous as he explained the different options for my cleaning needs. He was very knowledgeable of the type of carpet and approximate age as well. He was very quick and thorough with the cleaning. My carpet was crunch free as advertised! Thanks for the service.

Couldn't get some of the small spots out from patio furniture but overall they did a good job.
The gentlemen were on time and got right to work. The rooms were cleaned in a little over an hour. They were polite and cleaned up immediately. The lead person, I can't remember his name, was very helpful and explained things as they went along.

You do not use soap on the carpet, and you stand by your work.

I had my carpeted hallway and stairs cleaned Wednesday morning of this week. As of this morning the carpets are still damp and crunchy. When the technician left, the carpet was soaking wet. I hired Zerorez because I thought the carpets were supposed to dry quickly but I'm very disappointed.
Just did great job, explained what each step would be, great job on clean up!!
Our technician, Josh, worked diligently to clean and remove stains in carpet and upholstery and was very thorough in explaining what he had done.
