Hello I had service done Friday morning. I am not happy at all . The odor did not go away and the stains came back once it dried up. The guy who was doing my service didn’t know what was going on I asked about a solution we can use and other questions and he said he didn’t know this was his first time that that occurred to him . I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible about my service
The entire house is 1848sq feet and it took the agent about an hour to clean entire house??! Was not clean once it dried. I am highly

Great service technician, Devin was very professional, informative , takes pride in her s work. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning and sealing of the tile in our Kitchen Family room and Bathroom.

Great service! The service tech was on time (a bit early...which I appreciated); he did a great job of cleaning the carpets and was professional.
The technician missed several spots in each of the rooms, most notably behind every door. The carpets were fairly clean but there were more than a few spots that I had to scrub by hand after the fact. Was not impressed with this cleaning.

I love the fact that it’s chemical-free!! I don’t have that weird, soapy residue or stiffness in the carpet which always occurs with other cleaners. Everyone is very kind and professional! Been using Zerorez exclusively for over 10 years and will remain a loyal customer for life!
I suppose the chemicals you use or the process you deploy makes a difference. However the work ethic and amazing job the technician you sent to my house is what made the difference.
My carpets look great!
Tile floor was so messy with water overspray and shoe prints (not ours!). Dark spot left on the carpet that I had no problem cleaning. Don’t know why it wasn’t cleaned by zerorez. I had to mop floors this morning. Carpets generally are cleaner than they were. Sorry I can’t be more complimentary. I prefer to give good reviews. I haven’t found a carpet cleaning company that does a really good job.

Your products work well on my floors and my catpets. I recently had floors done and my tech Noah D. Did a great job on the floors. He was very courteous and professional. I always recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and now for tile floors.
Little things like coffee did not even come up- my carpet is crunchy too which I thought this wasn’t supposed to happen? This is this third time I’ve used you guys and it seems the quality has gotten worse
