The fellow showed up on time and did a great cleaning job with my living room rug. Reasonable priced and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
It was quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled. They were even able to add a service I called in after scheduling.
After they left it didn't look like the couch had be washed, the carpet was damp and smelled clean, but the couch was dry and had hairs on it. I called customer service and they had someone out in 4 days to service the couch and this time it was actually cleaned to my expectations for no additional fee.
Even thought there was an issue it was resolved quickly and easily with no additional cost to me. Thank you!

Technician was very friendly but more importantly wanted to do a good job. We recently had a new master closet installed and the installers left the carpet extremely dirty, even dripping glue in several places. He made sure he got all the awful stains out.

Matthew was personal and fantastic! I just purchased this property, and it was a little stinky in the child's rooms due to having Chinchilla's in the home. He did a great job getting the stains and smell out, even did before and after with the black light so we could see it there, then after it was cleaned it disappeared. Also made us do the smell test! Just great service I will call him out again for sure.
The quality of the carpet cleaning and professionalism of Matthew our tech was great. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.
