The guy who came to do the cleaning was very professional and did a great job. Our carpet looked great after he was done. He removed the stains as well.

The guy who cleaned the floors was very nice but the work was not very good. Once the floors completely dried and I looked around I found many areas that are not cleaned. You tell me what you are going to do to make this right.

please be on time. the window i had was extended considerably. but the time the technician arrived and finished, it was 3:30 and the carpets were wet all evening, through the night and all morning. also, use less suction. when you see carpets bubbling up under the suction pressure, apply less! this is a residence, not a commercial space!
