I had scheduled to have our couch cleaned and several rooms. I felt that the overall cleaning was very expensive. The price for dry cleaning the couch was the same as steam cleaning it? Also, I was charged for 3 oversized rooms. I will have to go back and remeasure them but considering there is bulky furniture such as beds and couches on the carpet in those rooms the actual surface space that is cleaned is not the same as if the room had no furniture. None of this is reflective of the technician though. He was polite, personable and talked to us about our options.
Great results!! Very happy that our couch and rugs were dry within 4hrs vs. Other cleaners who leave things wet for a day or 2.

Scott and Judd came to our home within days of me calling. They were so thorough and considerate of both me and each other. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home. They cleaned my 20 yr old sofa first. I was so happy to see the results! Then they cleaned 5 rooms of carpet. They explained the process (because I like to learn) and diligently worked to bring life back into our 3 years neglected carpet. Scott was training Judd. It was a pleasure to observe them interact with respect and kindness. Our carpets and sofa look and feel really clean. They were hard workers. I’m so happy that I finally followed the encouragement of my friends who had recommended Zerorez for years. No pressure to upgrade services, just honest, thorough service that yielded surprisingly excellent results. We will be using Zerorez in the future.

No toxic for pets
I am amazed at how clean the tile is now. After almost 7 years living here and the first time cleaning the tile and grout look very good. The one thing that is a bit frustrating is the online pricing structure, I thought I selected adequate square footage, once the tech showed up and reviewed what I had selected he made adjustments which increased the price $150 which was almost 50% more than what I selected. A little bit of a price shock. Also I noticed the day after the baseboard were left pretty dirty, from everything that was stirred up in the tile cleaning.

Felt your employee rushed the job he was in and out i30 minutes. He never asked if we had any areas of concern. Our carpet was so wet in areas it took two days to dryas well as we discussed big ripples in floor that took a day to go down. Feel we can see streaks from his cleaner. My floor is cleaner than before but definitely not the same service or result as we had from your company last time.
I hate to be negative, but i just didn't need alot of area cleaned and thought it was pretty pricey for what I had done. Also, with other companies that have cleaned my carpets they have put wall/corner protectors up to keep equipment from scraping walls. I had to go back and paint baseboards and walls on corners because protectors were not used. Also, I appreciate people who respect my home. I asked the gentleman to wear booties. He walked up to my home with booties on already. I offered him my own clean ones and he got more on his own, but wore them outside back and forth into and out of my home. Just don't wear them at all if you are going to wear them outside.
I am very pleased with our carpet cleaning and especially that it was free from harmful chemicals!
