The carpet cleaning is very good and I like that with the fans on, the carpet is dry in a few hours. Unfortunately, I would never recommend Zerorez for upholstery. I had you come out to clean two sofas and for the price, I saw no cleaning difference. He did not clean the cording around the cushions and missed the front of the sofa. Terrible work!

After the technician left, I noticed that some areas still looked dirty. I took a clean white towel and rubbed those areas. I checked the towel and saw it had picked up some dirt. Not too happy about that.

The gentleman who did our carpets (Daniel) gave us a lot of information on the different treatments available. He allowed us to make important choices if we were going to keep the carpet for a long time - one way would be better. Or, if we were going to change the carpet, another treatment would be sufficient. I felt like he was doing what was best for us and not to make money for Zerorez. We really appreciated his hard work and we're very pleased with the work he did. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Everything went smooth except it took 2 days for the carpet in the bedroom to dry despite the furnace fan running for 2 days. I await to see the condition of our area rug that was taken to the plant to be cleaned. Until then you have not earned a 10

I'm not sure what happened but the carpet in our bedroom does not smell clean. It smells musty and dusty - like it was cleaned with dirty water. I've used Zerorez before and had great results - not sure what happened this time.

Have only had my carpeting cleaned and it went very well, and looks good. Drying time was as expected, and carpeting nice and soft. Plus, the tech was neat and didn't leave me a big mess.
