I was quoted an extra one hundred dollars for the extra treatment for pet urine, and at the end it was suddenly two hundred dollars. I went ahead and paid it. However my carpet still smells like pee. It's almost as of the carpet cleaning reactivated the pee. I can't believe I spent hundreds of dollars for this.

Alex showed up at the earliest time of the 2 hour window. Sent a text to us letting us know he was 5 minutes away. We live really far out of town, which usually means we don't get the best "service". Cause let's face it, who enjoys driving 45 minutes for a job out of the way from the rest of you're main route? He treated us extremely well, was super professional, and was overall just a good guy. Same goes for the office staff who scheduled our service! The work he did was thorough and took exactly the time it should have to do a solid job. The price was more than reasonable. We are very happy with our service today. Thanks Alex!

The technician, Mohave Nick was prompt; friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear that he liked his job and his performance showed it. All staff were friendly.
Please have someone call me! I need to know your steps of cleaning. At this point I think steps were missed and there was issues with the pressure on the truck which left my carpet extremely wet. Took 24++ hours to dry and the carpet doesn't look clean.
