Always professional people that show up and they do such a great job. Love my clean carpets and not overly wet. Dry in just a few hours and they look like new!

Was told it be 2 gallons of pet stain remover then was charged for 4 after the fact when my wife was unaware. Reached out to customer def ice twice and have yet to hear back. Carpets still smell like they were never cleaned.
We baby sat a dog for a week and it had 2 accidents upstairs on our carpet that was 6 mo the old. The tech stated 2 gallons would be enough even tho the stains were vary small we wanted it done right since the carpet is literally new. After the fact while my wife was working the tech charged us for 4 gallons without her knowledge bringing our 105 dollar 2 room quote to almost 500 dollars.
Still have yet to hear from customer service. I smelled the spots anticipating at least the smell be gone and nope. Still there even after apparently 4 gallons was used on a 500 sq ft area. Very unhappy and score would be way lower had I not have had previous great experiences with zero rez.

The guy who came was really nice and the carpets looked great. We had him do $300 worth of dog pee treatment and when the carpet dried, it still smelled like pee. Not saying it's his fault, I think the solution you use is not good. Happy otherwise but very disappointed in the pet treatment.
They came on time, maybe even a little early and did a great job. Carpets look like new again and they are 18 years old.

Your advertising says because you use empowered water and not soap, carpet will not be stiff after cleaning. My carpets were cleaned yesterday and they are stiff now that they are dry. I’m concerned there is a residue that is going to attract dirt.

They were great. Had an earlier time slot was able to meet up for and were done within an hour. Got out tough stains and made the carpet look like new despite the heavy wear and tear areas. They were nice and easy to talk with. Highly recommend!!
Garrett was amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and on time! It seems like this company is not as good at getting stains our as Coit or other companies I have used in the past. They do offer a stain remover but charge a lot per room. The fee for an area rug is outrageous also.
