They did a good job getting the carpet clean and spot free. They said it would be 4-8 hrs. to dry and some of the carpet was still damp 12 hrs. later.
Some of the furniture needed younger hands to move but they would help, that needs to change.
Everything, no complaints. Service was quick, friendly, and well done! Highly recommend.

Professional and clean rugs
The gentleman who cleaned our chairs was very courteous, clean and helpful. He was willing to try and get more dirt out of one of the cushions when I ask him about it. Very nice young man. Did a good job.

Jeff speaks so highly of Zerorez, and explained how the water is not just a gimmick, IT REALLY WORKS!!!! He likes the company so much he’s been a technician there for 9 years! He won’t leave your house until you are extremely happy with the job he does. He says the company only keeps good technicians, and won’t hesitate to get rid of guys not up to par. And if you are NOT a Raving Fan, zerorez will send someone else to make sure you are satisfied. BEST COMPANY EVER!
