My carpet area that technician cleaned looks great!!! It looks like the rest of my carpeting which I had cleaned by your company the latter part of 2022. The technician was excellent,,,he arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions, he did an amazing job on the carpeting, and was done in the timeframe that he gave me. ZeroRez uses no soaps or harmful chemicals. Carpets are clean & soft - not ‘crunchy!’ Cleaning is safe for pets & children & dry time is fast!
The technician Jacob provided extraordinary service in explaining the process clearly and was very professional and cordial. The process worked very well in cleaning my tile bathroom floors.
Charles was very helpful in clearing up the confusion caused by my getting a text the day of the cleaning of a different appointment time frame than than what Alice told me when I originally set up the appointment.

Scheduling was easy, the communication prior to our carpets being clean was great, and the crew that cleaned our carpets were even better.
I strongly recommend that Zerorez leadership stay close to Jacob and get him on a clear growth path, because Jacob demonstrates incredible raw talent. While in my home, Jacob demonstrated high care, attention to detail, and consideration for delivering exceptional customer experience. He was also open and gracious to feedback. These are qualities that could make him a very high performer if paired with intentional growth and development.
I recommend getting him on a growth path for a specific role within your organization and finding him a mentor (preferably a high performing individual with tenure and time for weekly check ins) who can help him grow towards that role. Jacob is very passionate and excited about his job with Zerorez, and he could be a huge long term asset to your company with the right guidance and support.
I’ve been an HR leader in a Fortune 500 company for the past 5 years, and I’ve specifically led Performance and Talent Management teams. Jacob is the type of team member I would hire and spend some extra time developing. I think you’d see a high return on investment if you got Jacob on a growth plan with a mentor.
Did not know where to go to get carpets cleaned. Several friends recommended Zerorez so i gave them a call. Was notified several times when technician was coming so there were no surprises. tech arrived on time and went right to work. within two hours he was done with three rooms. price was exactly what was quoted on line. carpets looked really good afterward.

Only company that has really gotten my carpets clean. Techs are fast, friendly, and efficient.
