the ZeroRez rep was very nice and efficient. We did have an issue with spots all over the great room tile. Huge room. He wiped many of them but they came back. I mopped the entire floor yesterday. I will check it when I get there this evening. I have moved out so the carpets and floor was my last major issue. If the blotches are still there then I don't know what to do. I tried to take pictures but they didn't come out.

Fast and thorough job.
I have had Zerorez out before. They do a great job. My only negative is that when I scheduled online I put down 3 rooms and an area rug. I got a quote. When the tech came out, he said he needed to put it in as an area rug instead of an extra room. That increased my quote by $60. My area rug is no larger than a bedroom. I don't understand their pricing.
My carpets and tile have never looked cleaner. And your tech, Kevin, was fantastic.
