I had a different company clean my carpets last year. There were a few stains that didn’t come out. Paul did a fantastic job. Actually, the carpets are only 1 1/2 years old. With Zero Rez, Paul had the carpet looking brand new. There were no stains left when he finished.
I won’t ever use another company. ZeroRez is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

Hire more technicians like the one who came to my house yesterday! He was thorough and professional. Much better than the one I had the last time.
My carpet was very soiled, but the cleaning seemed to just push the dirt around. I now have streaks of dirt all over instead of the traffic patterns I had before. Maybe that is as good as it gets, but I hoped for better.
Always professional employees, no surprise fees, quality workmanship and the carpet is dry within a few hours!
I like that this is a no chemical process. The tech us punctual and reviews the areas and carpet texture before he begins cleaning. When complete he names sure we are pleased with the job.
I thought it would end up looking cleaner. So I'm a little disappointed. But it was easy to book, the technicians were friendly and efficient.

Carpets are clean. Customer communication is good. Work was done timely. Technician was informative, but not too wordy. He didn't try to prove himself or his product/service.
What I did not like about this service. I had a couple of really significant pet stains that I would have paid extra to try to get out. However the technician did not communicate with me. He told my wife about it and she declined service. If he would have talked with me I would have authorized the service and paid the extra fee. In short, he did not communicate with the right decision maker. Now I have to have them done again.

Our carpets look really good now and the young man who cleaned them was personable and professional. He really cared to do a good job and paid extra attention to some heavy stains. I like how he checked with me before the cleaning and during so that I could give my input and see the progress being made.
