Extremely easy to schedule services online (although mobile site did not display an option for area rugs). An appointment was available the next day. Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. No harsh chemicals were used to clean our rug or upholstery.

Tech was absolutely great. On time, professional, polite and respectful.
However the dryer left marks on the two chairs I had cleaned. The chairs have a fabric that needed to be scrubbed with the grain. The cleaning movement did not go in the same direction of the fabric grain, my chairs have marks going in all different directions.
The bedroom carpet looks good.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. This was our second time to use Zerorez for carpet and sofa cleaning. Jeff was the technician both times. He is very efficient and does and excellent job! Carpet and sofa both looked great.

FIRST THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT , AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULDNT CLEAN MY CARPETS BECAUSE OF URINE IN MY CARPETS. AND IF I WANTED THEM CLEANED IW OULD HAVE TO PAY 4.000 DOLLARD TOTAL TO CLEAN MY HOUSE ,I SAID IF IM GOING TO PAY THAT I WOULD PUT NEW FLOORING. I ASKED HIM TO CALL THE MANAGER OF HIS CO, AFTER A DISCUSSION THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE FOR THE CUSTOMER REP QUOTED ME. MY CARPETS CAME OUT FINE. WITH NO URINE SMELL. I FEEL THAT WHEN A TECHNICIAN SHOULD NOT ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER. I KNOW MY HOUSE, I INSTALLED GOOD STAIN RESISTANT BACK WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOUSE. THE FLOORS CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. Cleans well and friendly service

Cesar and Brooke were here two days ago and did an excellent job cleaning our 15 year old carpets. They were friendly and efficient and cleaned three rooms in about one hour. We have used Zerorez since 2011, always with excellent results.
