Carpets stay clean longer without re-attracting soil to them. Friendly, hardworking technicians!
ZeroRez is my go-to carpet cleaner & the only company I use. They get the carpet clean (10++ years old) without harsh chemicals for us & our canine family member. ALL spots are gone!
Downside was it took two full days for the carpet to dry, move furniture back in place. Worth it for me ...
*Buy the gallon of "rezzified" water for spots/messes between cleanings. Next step: the dirty stone floors. Ryan was our service pro. Texted before arriving, explained all charges up front, thorough job from start to finish. We'll ask for him again :)))
Our carpet is still damp two days later. The carpet feels sticky in some spots and looks matted down. Our house smells damp still. They look clean but it will take time to see if they stay clean. I thought that no soap would be used according to what I have heard but it feels like there is still soap in the carpet. I am just disappointed in the results. There is nothing to do on your end, the tech was fine and worked hard. I just will not be recommending the service at this time.

More knowledgeable tech professionals. I was referred and guess I expected too much. We had a small room done that has a little hallway that wasn’t done, but was told to add it, it would cost more than an extra room. We did have our dog have accidents on the carpet and didn’t help, but was bummed to know it’s be 600-700$ to get that potentially out

Bree did a great job! Another company told me that the carpet was old and cheap and wouldn’t clean. I knew that we did not put cheap carpet in and Bree confirmed. The carpets came clean and look wonderful.
First the tech was fabulous; friendly, clean and respectful. The product is great too; carpet is clean, without being soaking wet. He made dull drab carpets look bright.
Our technician, Michael, did a wonderful job. We have light colored carpet and all of the high use areas needed extra attention. He worked hard to remove the spots and left our carpet clean and bright. The finished carpet was soft, and the pile raised to look like new. I would recommend your services.

I normally love you guys and use you pretty regularly, we have multiple rental properties and I am normally happy with pricing and service provided. However when I got a call from the tech saying the carpets were saturated with dog urine, which we didn't smell at all during our numerous visits to the house, and that if we wanted it treated it would cost $638 dollars I was not thrilled. This is only a 1759 sq foot home, and with carpets in 4 very small bedrooms. So basically we were being asked to pay $159 per room, which is just ridiculous. Additionally this carpet was only 2 years old and was treated upon install for anti stain etc... Needless to say they did the standard cleaning and it turned out just fine zero smell ( which there was no spell prior). I just do not like unnecessary sales pitches to get more money when there is no need.
