Mattress cleaning was done well and fast
Kattie was my service tech that came out and cleaned my carpet and tile, She was very professional. She explained the whole process to me as she went through the cleaning. I definitely would recommend her and the company to anybody I know and also would use her again in the future.
I live in south Chandler Had my carpets and a rug cleaned this past Thursday the 21st by a Technician by the name of Robert H. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient. The carpets are rug look literally brand new, like it was just installed, amazing job. Thank you

I chose this company because it’s literally called zerorez and promised to be dry in “hours not days.” This was not my experience at all. I waited awhile to write this review in order to give ample time for my opinion to grow. Unfortunately, it didn’t. I am not able to vacuum. My vacuum literally won’t push on my carpets there is so much residue. I have had to go over it with my own steam cleaner and plain water just so I can vacuum. And that whole “dry quickly” claim? We were still sloshing 3 days after. When I use my own cleaner in the evening, it is dry by morning. I paid an inordinate amount of money, which would have been worth it had these claims come to fruition. That was my expectation, and to say the least, it was not surpassed. On the other hand, the technicians who came to my home were kind and professional.
Carpet before cleaning was soft. After cleaning it is crunchy and I'm very disappointed. Would never use your service again. Carpets were soaking wet. took 24 hours to dry. Vacuumed today and can see lines where machine went. Carpet wasn't very dirty only a few spots and pathways. Doesn't seem cleaner. Very disappointed and your service is expensive. Because carpets were so wet now need stretching. 😫 going to cost me$500. I would never have used your service had I known this would happen. Zerorez is a zero.
Robert and Jeremy were such hard workers and very professional. I hope that this team will be the team that is sent out to do future orders.

This is the first time I used the grout cleaning and sealing service. I had forgotten what our tile grout looked like but afterwards I am still beaming with happiness. I will have them clean my grout annually.

The tech tried to lie as a sales tactic. He tried selling us on a more expensive product by saying “you can see the years of wear and tear on your sofas”. The sofas were purchased brand new in May and don’t look like they have years of wear and tear, he was out to clean one stain from a spill. He also tried to sell us rug cleaning by saying our rug looked faded, it is also a brand new rug. You need to train your techs better on their selling tactics, for this reason alone I will not use zerorez again, I will not recommend zerorez to anyone. False tactics like this will never work.
great product. Carpets stay cleaner for longer period of time. Techs thorough and take great care and treat my home as their own. Price is super reasonable. So glad I heard about you on KNIX. Have referred your company to friends and family.
Jordan and Uriel cleaned my carpet and they were amazing and very professional. I was amazed how my carpet looked like after they finished. Looked like brand new carpet. I already told one of my neighbors about Zerorez.

The carpets came out looking brand new and they were super dirty from previous owners. Tech arrived early too which worked out great and was very knowledgeable. He got out some deep, dark stains and I can’t even tell they used to be there.
The tech was awesome and very knowledgeable about all products and was very simple to understand. I love the no crunch after it's done

Jennifer E went above and beyond to remove a dog vomit stain. She tried 2 different procedures to clean the spot. I highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you have any similar issues. She also kept me updated with everything she was doing during the entire process.

My Zerorez experience far exceeded my expectations. The tech was prompt and polite. Most importantly, the cleaning of my carpet was excellent. No crunchy carpet and all stains were removed. I highly recommend Zerorez.
The rep that came to clean my tiles was professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job making my tiles look brand new. He took time to test if they had a sealant prior to doing the cleaning and suggested I get them resealed but didn't pressure me into doing so. I love using zerorez and will continue to use them for my carpet and tile cleaning needs

The service man asked a lot of questions to verify rug areas, gave explanations of what we may notice/ not notice and expect. He was very respectful, courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner.

We had our tile cleaned and thought that the grout lines would have come out looking cleaner. I them myself and it is time consuming but they look better after I clean my floors.
