Best carpet cleaning business
This is the fourth time I've had zerorez out and have been super happy with the outcome of the cleaning.
The only comment for this most recent service is that shoe prints were left all over my travertine tile. I just had my house cleaning service over a couple days prior, so I needed to clean the floors myself to remove the footprints. I would suggest that the technicians have towels to wipe up any wetness on the tile floors to avoid the residual shoe prints.
Ryan was very professional, he did a great job. Absolutely loved my carpet again!
The two men that were here were friendly and did a wonderful job. I was so pleased I felt I was walking on a cloud. My carpet hadn't been cleaned for a few years. Iam so pleased I would definitely use you again and tell my friends .
How I know it’s clean .. Looks clean!!
Our tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I even added on some more work at the last minute as he was packing up his stuff. He never hesitated when I asked him to do more or acted like it bothered him in the least. He did a good job!

Our technician was very friendly. We had multiple rooms with lots of pet stains. He took the time to explain the process of attempting to get the stains out, what to expect and made sure we were ok with the process and price before starting.
He spent a lot of time working on our carpet and it turned out very well.

This is my first time using your company and I feel my carpets look cleaner with my previous company
First off let me say that Kalib and Jessie were outstanding and very professional as well.They did a great job and we were so happy had them so the kitchen tile as well which made it look like new . We will be using Zerorez again in the future

Mop up water better
Prompt service, great carpet cleaning products. My rugs look amazing and don't feel "sticky" like some carpet cleaning companies make our carpets feel like. The technicians were very polite and respectful of all our furnishings. And you can't beat the price. Amazing!!!!!
First time user. Not sure yet. The edges of the rug doesn’t look very clean.
For 3 rooms at $160. I felt like renting a RugDR from Fry’s would have done just a good of a job. Only 3 pet spots in newrly 700 sq ft of carpet and wanted to charge me another $100 to pet treat. Only reason I got zerorez to come out is for those 3 spots really and can’t say I am thrilled with results. All good. Moving on.

If you really wanted feedback you would return my phone calls. I am the representative for Name removed, Sun City West, AZ. I have a legal power of attorney. I was shocked to see how she was taken advantage of by your technician. The original quote was around $300. The final billing was $1973. First name removed is 80 years old and was taken advantage. A manager will call me back by the end of next week or I am going straight to Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney Generals office for this abuse of the elderly. Additionally, I plan to dispute the charge. By the way I have left two messages and nobody has had the courtesy to even call and discuss this bill.
