My carpet looks great ! The technicians were very professional and did a wonderful cleaning job that made it look like new.
The service provider (Al) arrived on early on the stated 8 to 10 am time slot, provided great service and without any damage to the home.
I love that there are no chemicals and our carpets and tile look very good after the Zerorez cleaning.
Josh was on time, perfect young gentleman, did a good job explaining procedures before starting to clean the carpeting and was very efficient how he handled everything. I would definitely highly recommend Josh and Zerorez.

My Carpet is not as clean as it is when Stanley Steamer cleans it you tech was very nice but my bad spots are just not as clean very disappointing!
Technician seemed fairly new and his equipment failed on him so we didn’t get through everything I wanted clean. There was a lot of water that leaked and he did the best he could to get it all mopped up. Very good customer service from my technician.
Here are the reasons I won't use Zerorez again:
- No stain pretreatment included
- Technician(s) don't move furniture
- Making an appointment takes too long
- Prices seem higher than competitors
- No appointments available for advertised promotion
- Some stains were not removed

I’ve used several companies in the past two years and i definitely will not use another company after using zeroez I live the fact you use your own water and the distance my condo is from the spicket is not an issue! I have been using Zerorez for years. wouldn't dream of going back to any other cleaning process. I have had my rugs, upholstery and tile cleaned. Always excellent service and results. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET SERVICE WITH IN UNDER A WEEK WHEN I CALL. The tec is friendly and polite. The carpet looks great and I have found it stays clean longer than with other systems I've had.
