Got my couch cleaned last week and it doesnt look great. The spots/stains are basically still there and came back the next day....
There was no scents or smells with cleaning process. Floors and grout look great. The technician that came out to our office was professional, friendly, did quality work and wanted to be sure we were satisfied with his work.

Zerorez processes & staff do an amazing job on cleaning my tile floors. The technician, Ramon was extremely careful with protecting my freshly painted walls & baseboards. Ramon was punctual, friendly & very professional.
Excellent cleaning
We have regularly used Zerorez's services since moving to AZ in 2021. We have the same carpet in our home that we installed originally. No one believes it. We credit Zerorez. The technician, Luis Cueva, did an excellent job. The carpets look great, again.
We still had terrible spots all over with carpeting still that were still there and came up all over soon after you completed work and carpet dust etc all over and you just left it looked terrible. Just saw this email from way back sorry so late.
The man that did the cleaning at our house was wonderful. He was very through and explained things and got all our very dirty carpets looking great again.
