Our carpet looks better than it has ever looked after a cleaning from any other company. Their unique process leaves the carpet looking and smelling great right away. It dries quickly and stays looking nice. Our technician was great and explained the entire process, which I liked. I will definitely be using them again!!

On time and did a great job on my carpet.
My floors look worse than before they were cleaned. There are spots from water everywhere, and when I wipe the tile, it comes up dirty. I would really like this problem to be fixed by having someone come back out to clean them the right way. This was not a problem the first time we used your service.

No chemicals. Carpets look great. They buckled at first but after drying tightened back up.
I had to tell the tech to clean it again in a 3 foot corner area that still looked dirty. First said there was nothing he could do.
Nice young man friendly and polite
Didn’t seem that that heart was in getting it clean if I didn’t push him.
