Showed up early, nice guy, did great work

Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and we would recommend Zeroez to any of our friends. We like the cleaning method that they use, no soapy residue left in carpets.

This service did not work at all. I wish they were a little more proactive. I said the previous tenant had dogs and that my son had to go to the hospital for breathing issues. I wish they would have offered to do a deeper check first because after the cleaning it not only didn’t feel clean it reactivated a ton of dog urine and dander deep in the carpet. Only afterward they came with the black light and were able to spot dog urine throughout the house. So now I am left the $500 some dollars because I didn’t know what to look for.

The technician was friendly and efficient. He reviewed everything with me before starting and did a walk through once completed. My carpets looked brand new!
We were told that the pet stained we had required a special process to eliminate the stain. We paid a couple hundred more for a small room and it did nothing. Besides our carpet being "crunchy" after it dried there was no noticeable difference in our carpet. Our carpet is only 3 yrs old and a good carpet.

I love everything about your products and service. The carpets are awesome once done and the service techs are always the friendliest that come into my home. My carpet manufacturer also suggests to use Zerorez for cleaning. Since moving to AZ you are the only carpet cleaners I hire. Great job!
Great tech - Caesar provided amazing customer service.
I would’ve appreciated an email asking how service was. He said it was a small job, and after 20 min he was gone. Nice guy, however, I would’ve had him return to do the bottom step and the top step again, both were still dirty after drying.
Everything was super clean after
Price is so much higher than traditional carpet cleaning service, that only time will tell if it is a value proposition. I would rate service a "10" if I was sure of the value of 50% higher price.
