We were not pleased with the cleaning of our tile. The grout was left discolored, and the tile itself has a tacky residue feel to it. Nothing worse than feeling like you wasted money.

First off you don’t move furniture of any type at all. Then you guys showed up a hour early and no call then sent a trainee to do the lead tech job to ask if it was ok to be early. So your communication sucks and then i was surprised that the techs didn’t offer to seal the grout or to do upholstery or any of the carpets. I said I would try you guys out and I won’t use you guys again. Don’t get me wrong the techs where nice. But having been in the business for 13 years I find it interesting zerorez Doesn’t offer other services

The employee was super nice and tried to make things right but there are several yellow stains throughout the carpet that he was not able to remove. Not sure why because other areas came out fine.

I feel like you are extremely overpriced for the amount of work done. And I think the only thing that could be made right would be a partial refund.

I wouldn’t want the service technician to come back as he did his best and that would feel uncomfortable

We like the fact that you do not use detergents that can leave behind residue that can cause the carpets to collect more dirt. Your employees are prompt polite and professional. They not only do what you ask them to do but are educated on the process and can recommend methods to give you more of what your are looking for and are transparent about potential expenses that come along with those recommendations.

I had high traffic in my bedroom. Zerorrz was able to get everything out except for 1 spot. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards!
