We had to go over some areas with our Hoover carpet cleaner. The tech you sent told us some areas were damaged and that was why they looked dirty. Our carpet cleaner cleaned the dirt out and it looks good now. We don’t think your company really did the job.

This was the first time I used Zerorez. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Ceasar. He clearly explained the process he would be using to clean our rugs. After a walk through he started cleaning. When he was almost finished he had me walk around making sure I was completely satisfied. He also cleaned an 8 X 11 area rug too. The rugs look great!! I was extremely happy with the job Ceasar did. I will definitely be using and recommending Zerorez !!
