My floors look great
Unfortunately the floors were not as clean as expected. I did not find out until the tech was here that he would stop cleaning 5-6 inches from the baseboards. I really needed that area cleaned as we moved into a new home. The tech was very nice and did his portion well. There were a few hiccups which were understandable but the quality of cleanliness and the amount paid for the job do not match.
Just when you think you need new carpet Zeroez makes it look brand new!
Carpets dry quickly and service tech did a good job!
The last several cleanings have not been up to par with my previous experience using Zerorez. For example, the most recent time there were several dark spots left on the entryway to each bedroom that I cleaned up with carpet shampoo to make things match.

Technician was polite and thorough. He explained the charges for services completely. After showing him an area of rug that was of concern for us, he handled it professionally and was able to get that area pretty clean. This is out 2nd time using Zerorez and we have never been disappointed.

Very nice young technician. He talked (upsold?) longer than the cleaning job took. There were two small stains that did not come out. The carpets look good, and feel good, so that is the only complaint.

Didn’t ask about a small spot and so didn’t treat it and spread blue ink across the entire carpet.

This was our first time using any cleaning services. We got 3 rooms of carpet and our L shaped couch. The experience was great. Tim explained everything to us and was very personable. He did a great job and were so happy.
