Wear booties after cleaning and perhaps offer a few pares to the clients while carpets dry

I felt like I was being taken advantage of for the pet stain removal solution. I was told he was going to use 2 gallons but was very confusing when I asked how he could prove he used 2 gallons. Then a stain did not come out and when he returned he try to sell me more of it. He also said that it soaks into the pad before they remove it but he did not give it enough time to soak in to the padding. The only saving grace was your 100% satisfaction guarantee. When he did come back after arguing with him that I was not going to pay anymore he spoke with someone and did remove the spot in question.
The carpet feels clean, not with the stiff residue that other companies' cleaners leave behind.
The staff who set appointments are always kind and respectful.
The gentleman who cleaned our carpets paid attention to details and did a thorough job. He spent a lot of time on each room and rug, making sure it was clean. We had hired a well-known brand in the past and they had not only finished quickly, but dirt, not even stains, reappeared a few days after cleaning. This is absolutely not thr case with Zero Res.

Look for ways to reduce cost. $500 to clean carpets can be a budget buster
They have always done a great job on our carpets. We have used them for many years, here in AZ and also when we lived in MN. The man that did our carpet on June 13 was so nice and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends.

Floors still show dark spots and feel that they rushed service. 4 hour service ended up being 2 which is great in efficiency but feel like spots were missed and could be related to that.
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Being older, I was surprised that you do not move furniture. I am lucky my grandkids live close to help me, but I know several around me that do not have that, so I would not recommend you to them for that reason.
My carpets were cleaned, he did a great job. I have no issues with the person that came. Just the furniture moving.
