Our technician, Mytch, was professional and punctual. He obviously takes pride in his work as he considered it a challenge to get our tile/grout as clean as he could. Area rugs look great! Carpets are fresh and clean. Love this company. Will definitely use again.

The young man did the best he could to clean my sofa . He did a good job and explained his work . I have had my tile cleaned and my carpets and was very pleased with work as well.

The woman who showed up to clean was wonderful. She was very professional. I understood that I had some dark spots in my carpet which included high traffic areas and wear and tear and there would still be some dark areas once cleaning was finished. What I didn't expect is for my carpet to look exactly like it looked before it was cleaned. I've heard so many great reviews and seen so many pictures of carpet that looked worse than mine but looked amazing after zerorez had cleaned it. My carpet doesn't look like it had anything done to it. I expected dark areas to be at least a little lighter and the carpet to look cleaner overall and it doesn't.
The technician was on time, very professional did complete 2500 square foot home in an 1/1/2. The carpet looks very good even in the high traffic areas

I have had both carpets and tile cleaned by ZeroRez. This time it was carpet only. One room badly soiled but zeroRez did a great job getting it clean even though it was soiled and has worn areas.
Both times I have had them they show up when they say and personnel is professional and friendly

Recently I was fortunate enough to have Matthew and Beau visit my home to clean my carpet. They were simply magnificent. They were highly professional yet personable as well, and their work was exceptional. I will definitely request them when I call Zerorez in the future.

Service tech was polite and did his best to clean carpet. Cleaning equipment were good to dry the carpet faster. (Master Bedroom price was not justified, our bedroom was oversized but with furniture they had to clean the carpet surface of a smaller room. Still they charged double for that room).
