We have always loved getting our carpets cleaned by Zerorez. This time, it was not done well. Thankfully, I called and a new service was scheduled and everything turned out amazing! Thank you for making it right.

I have used them more than once. They are awesome and thorough! When I had it done at an old house, they called a year later to see if I needed repeat service.... I told them no because the carpet looked like they had just come to do it. I also love that it's not crunchy when it dries after they leave!

I like the environmentally safe products used to clean. The service representatives are always courteous and want to satisfy the customer by doing the best job possible.

Not only did we like the way it cleaned but we were delighted with the fact that it took out stains that we thought would never come out. Everything dried quickly. We were very pleased with the technician who explained the process, and the extra things that were available to help us out. We will continue to do business with Zerores needed.
