Zerores is the best! You won’t be sorry and you will be very happy in the end. It’s amazing how clean they get your carpets and tile. I use their special water all over my home too, it’s wonderful. I can clean veggies with it, clean floors and windows but what I really like is their water is a disinfectant so I can my kitchen and bathroom with the water too. I just can’t run out of it!!
Rob did a perfect job and I will ask for him again, he has been with Zerores a long time. He carefully explained things about carpet I did not know.

I am a little disappointed because you did the carpet 11/2/22 and again this week. I moved the furniture so you had access to the area could not do completely before and had the pet solution treatment. Area still has an odor which I hope will improve with time. It is not your service because there was an issue with the carpet after two flooding and the leasing office refused to replace carpet even those it was their fault. Not sure what the next step. As a renter and not an owner, don’t want to spend more money on this carpet.

My sofa looks worse than before you cleaned it. When it dried none of the seating was clean and there were some extra spots. Very disappointing.

I scheduled carpet cleaning while the rest of my family was out of town. From scheduling to payment, every step of the process was super efficient and simple. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. He explained the cleaning process and got to work! The cleaning was faster than I imagined and my carpet was very clean.

Paul, was the best! He checked out the sofa fabric BEFORE deciding how to clean it. He measured the areas we had measured to confirm our measurements. He cleaned our tiles and the grout to look like new. We are VERY pleased. We have used Zerorez several times here and in CA over 35 years. The service is excellent! And, we know we are going to have a clean house when it is done. Thank you.

I am disappointed that my bedroom still has a dark area from doorway to the bathroom. That area gets very dirty but that’s why I call a professional as it’s an area I cannot get clean myself. The area carpet in my living room still has dark areas that I thought would be gone. Mtl you neighbor recommended you highly so of course my expectations were that everything would look great. The master closet and second bedroom look great. Moe was very professional and easy to work with.

We’ve used zerorez before but this time the customer service was absolutely amazing. Alex came to our home and was professional from the time he came in to the time he drove away. He was so polite and was able to contact their dispatch center and add our coupon without any questions or hassle.
