The tech did a great job. Courteous!
Scheduling was a challenge. You may or may not get the day or window you need even though you get a confirmation email.
The CS rep said I could cancel my appointment and keep trying to get with the window I needed.
So i canceled my plans to fit the window they gave me
No residual residue left behind on carpet.

the 1st time last year was excellent and why we came back. This time carpets were a lot wetter and when they dried they were "crunchy" so had to go over them with our Dyson upright vacuum to get them back to normal.
Having cleaned my own carpets before I would say that maybe the tech did not do a vacuum only pass or an extra vacuum only pass after cleaning like the 1st tech did as that makes a huge difference to drying time and reducing any residual cleaner. I assume this because he was a LOT quicker. (1 1/2 hours for 3 rooms, stairs and hallway
As price high this time will likely look elsewhere and try another company next time that is less than $260
Great results on our white tile and grout. Looks like new! Carpets turned out great too. The technician, Josh, was very professional and efficient. Thank you for the quick service.
Cleanliness of carpet.
Cleaner, no chemical scents, no crunchy carpet residue. Every tech I have had in my home is very nice and professional. LOVE my clean carpets after Zerorez comes in!
Fantastic customer service! Our serviceman worked so hard to get all the stains out of our daughters carpet and it looks amazing! We will absolutely be making this a regular service for our home.
We really enjoyed the experience with Alex as our technician, he did a very professional and thorough cleaning of our carpets, they look great. He also showed us how we could improve our tile grout, so we will be scheduling time for hopefully him to come back out and do our grout throughout our house, great experience.

You always do a great job
Workers were awesome and service was great. The Zerorez truck however leaked oil onto our pavers up front and we have tried to remove it.

I thot I explained I was trying to sanitize 2 small bath rooms. If I was told by the order taker what kind of machine/tool they used, I may not of booked. The tech came and I explained what I wanted done he said I probably needed a cleaning service instead. When he showed me the round cleaning tool used I understood what he was talking about. I got about half what I thot could be done. 2 small tile floors and one granite sink top. After he left and the floor had completely dried, further inspection the machine did not get into 2 corners in the back bathroom. The tech did a good job on what he was allowed to do? Good customer service would have allowed him to manually clean the 2 missed corners on the floor in back bath room. Granite sink top he got clean except right behind the faucets. He told me about not be able to get behind faucets. Again a manual cleaning behind the faucets and the 2 corners on floor could of been done where the machine could not do. I decided to do the job because the floors and one shower stall and the granite sink top were major accomplishments.
The level of professionalism & knowledge that Cody showed was very impressive.
He really made a tremendous difference in the look & smell of my carpeting.he took his time to make sure that I was completely satisfied!

Floors where not cleaned and I was buckled and dimed the whole way through
The employee that cleaned the floors in my house did an excellent job. He worked quickly because he was aware that we had to leave our house at a certain time. You should be proud of him.

I have used zerorez several times and I always like the results. I also like that you don’t use soaps that just attract dirt again.
