Hello I had a room that had some biological issues from our dog. The room didn’t have visible stain but had an odor of urine so I pay a lot of money for the special treatment to get all they way down to the pad under the carpet and it didn’t work. 24 hours later it smells worse than what we started with

I've always been so happy with the outcome after having my carpet cleaned by you. This time I was disappointed that my 5 year old carpet didn't look much cleaner after it was cleaned. The carpet in my old house was 20 years old and it was stained and ruined but you guys made it look amazing so I was excited to see how good this carpet would look.
The worker arrived an hour before scheduled which I wasn't prepared for so I had to rush to get the rest of the stuff moved off carpet. I'll probably use you again in hopes I won't be disappointed because as I said I was happy before. Maybe it's the different technician that make the difference.

Carpets weren’t cleaned as I had hoped they would be ( edge of stairs were j not done well, you can see the off color. , it’s didn’t make much of a difference :( .

Over all pretty disappointed in the cleaning.
You can tell the guy who came had a long work day and his hygiene was like he was was working nonstop :( I felt bad for him.

The only carpet or tile cleaning service I will use is Zerorez. I am always satisfied with the end result and the professional, courteous service. The real game changer for me was the tile grout color sealing. It completely transformed my tile into like new condition. I was contemplating removing the old tile and replacing with a new floor, but now the tile floor is an asset to the look of my home. I'm glad I heard about this new service and added it to my regular tile care.
