We liked that the results were amazing, Cesaer was on time, polite, and did great work. The tile and grout looked brand new when he was done. We appreciate the follow up from the manager after the billing problem was corrected, and I appreciate everyone that worked to help make our house clean.

Reliable, friendly techs
The associate was wonderful and very nice and early! However, looking at my sofa it didn't get cleaner really at all, its like there was no cleaner used, it wasn't damp except for one spot and just overall looks the same. I just expected a different result for the hype.
Ryan was very polite & patient with our questions. He made sure we understood what services we were getting.
One spot where my dog used to lie was only cleaned half of it. It had a clean streak in the middle but not the remainder. I didn't see it until the technician had left. I cleaned the rest myself. I had pointed the area out to him before he started so I know he knew it was there and he said he could take care of it.

From the first contact, who was well informed on your process and who set expectations. To the associate (Louis) who clearly knows how to clean tile!
I received helpful reminder emails (2) which was enough to be helpful and yet not annoying. Louis phoned to offer to arrive earlier than expected and as we were prepared, we were so happy to take him up on the offer.
The wood-looking (dark) tiles looked wonderfully spot-free and our unsealed grout remained unharmed by the process. Louis also took extra effort to speed dry the floor so that we could put everything back right after he left.

Service was good, tech was very friendly. I felt it was over priced for what was done. I was surprised that the sofa didn’t come as nice as I would have expected.
End results is very good
I thought I had to replace my carpet, I even bought 2 big rugs to cover up the worst areas, before I decided to call Zerorez, I had used them before but my carpets had never been this bad because I feed my dog on the carpet and he eats people food which he has to take off the plate piece by piece and eat it next to me, well he drags the food across the carpet, and it leaves a mark. Well all that was washed away and the carpets look new. But I still like my rugs for a hint of color not coverup grease.
I got my sofa sectional cleaned by Tommy and he was great! Not only did he do a great job cleaning my couch he offered great advice on my tile. I will definitely be using this company again!

Your company isn't any better than any other rug cleaning company. Zero Rez doesn't mean anything. I have had other carpet cleaners use chemicals (just like you do, but you say you don't even though the receipt i got charged an extra $100 for chemicals) and none of them left any residue or any problems. Basically, it is all a marketing ploy to get people to use the company.
The carpet had way too much water, it took 72+ hours to dry and the carpet looks like it has a balled up texture, we are extremely disappointed.
