There are still stains that didnt come out on the general cleaning. Not sure they could have gotten a pre-treat? I didnt catch it while our guy was here so sorry about that or I could have pointed it out. I kinda wished he would have noticed it though and been thorough that way
I had been putting off having my carpet cleaned because had a really nasty pet stain in my family room. I tried for three months to get it out and used every product I could get my hands on. I finially called Zerorez and crossed my fingers. My Zerorez tech, Austin was relentless and by the time he was done, the carpet was perfect. I am truly impressed...Pam F.
Good friendly service
The man who came out to do our carpet was very nice and answered all of our questions. He didn't try to upsell us and explained what process would be best for us in our price range. Our carpet looks amazing! I will definitely be using these services again!
The carpet looks great, but the technician left wet footprints on my tile floor because he forgot to wear disposable shoe covers. I had to mop up after him.
I do not think the pricing process is very 'transparent'. I went from an estimate on the phone of $243 to an "actual" quote of over $370. It is disingenuous to require your field person to deliver the news of a 50% increase in price. So far, the operators I have spoken with on this job and others do not seem to be complicit with any internal scam process. If I thought that, I would never use Z again. The operator did a good job on the actual cleaning.

Service techs arrive on time, do a very thorough job, and the product does a great job of cleaning the carpet.
The scrubbing process was much more aggressive than most other competing company's. It left our carpets fluffy and soft. Our upholstery looks and feels like new. And our tile and grout never looked better. And unlike a lot of your customers, I actually appreciated the technician's short explanation of each phase of your process. He was courteous, personable, and extremely diligent and thorough. We were exceptionally pleased and will use you again in our next home.

Tech spent 10 minutes trying to get Wi-Fi so I gave him my password. He was very concerned about making sure I was going to pay for the extra 8’. The bedroom he did was full of furniture so it was just a traffic area around the bed. An attached closet was extra!!!!
But that 8’ of hall was critical!
I pay for services, but this was handled poorly. I don’t blame the tech, company policy needs flexibility.
There is quite a bit of shadows or residue and some of the grout is not clean. We noticed it more after everything dried.
The product is what I like about your company.

You arrived promptly. The employee was both courteous and informative. The job was completed in the estimated time. That’s the good news. The bad news is the carpets aren’t clean. They are better, but not by much. I’d give the entire experience a C.
