Great job as always. Tech was super nice. One suggestion. I didn’t really feel comfortable watching him input my credit card info into his personal phone. Techs should be equipped with a tablet or something a bit more official and secured. Optics are important.
Professional, courteous and my tech, Caesar explained everything in advance. He was able to get out spots that had I hadn't been able to. Will definitely use them again!

My Tech was amazing! I can’t believe how great my floors look! Looks like when we first moved into our home 10 years ago! Awesome experience and I’m glad I could do it all from my cell phone! Thanks again highly recommend!

Very misleading with your pricing. I was given a price over the phone based on the exact same thing 2 years prior. Of course it was a bit higher but when the guy showed up the price went up another $80?!?!

Carpet gets clean!!!’
The first service man stretched the carpeting and made ridges in the carpeting and you take no responsibility. It also took three visits before the carpeting was cleaned properly.
I will have to spend at least $200 to have the carpeting stretched to remove the ridges.

I love the services but they are a bit pricey even with the sales. To have my entire house done it would cost me over $500. I used to pay about $200 about 2 years ago to another company.

Austin was amazing. We had an area rug cleaned and a sofa scheduled. When he checked the fabric on the sofa, it was not recommended that their cleaning was approved. Austin was very kind and professional and was able to obtain a discount for us on the rug cleaning since they weren’t able to clean the couch. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
