The technician had arrived on time and explained the entire process to me. Once he explained everything, he started right away.
Customer service was great.
My carpet looks the same as it did before he came. He kept having me come out and check and obviously it looked okay because the carpet was wet. There is a clear spot on the carpet where he let the machine sit and that part looks brand new. This is not the first time we had you guys out.. the last time we were 100% satisfied. Either way I am very disappointed on what the carpet looks like today and will not be calling you back out unfortunately.

Carpets look great but tech broke my daughters LED lights. He broke the cord in half somehow.
So glad we used Zerorez. Our carpets came clean and dried way faster then usual cleaning.
The two men who cleaned our carpets were very professional and very friendly. We would deffinately use them again.
