Our technician was amazing and our floors look so clean! After you have your floors cleaned by Zerorez you realize how dirty your floors were!

Both “Paul’s” were very knowledgeable and professional! I had severe pet stains and just about all was removed so I’m very pleased with the service and product used. There is one lone spot, approximately 2” in diameter (not urine) that did not come out…don’t know why???
I spent around $300 and it supposed to take care of the odor/smell. I called the office they said”we have to wait 30 days to see the smell is gone” it’s almost 30 days and there is still strong odor/smell. So not recommending zerorez
You all do a very good job. You get the black marks off the carpet.
My parents were end of life and had incontinence problems. Because of fall risks, I had to have a new carpet put in. The smell was horrendous. There is no smell after the extraction and cleaning. So very grateful!

This was our third time using Zerorez and it will not be our last time. I wish there was a discount code for repeat customers as we own several homes and will use Zerorez in between tenants. The service is always done very professionally, efficiently and the results always look great!

Having kids and pets in the home is really hard on our carpet. Our technician was prompt and courteous.
She did a really nice job, and was able to remove a large teal latex paint "shadow" from an old painting mishap. The stain was completely gone and I would have never believed it!
She was also able to remove an old nail polish accident as well. The polish had been smeared into a large area in an attempt to clean it up. The stain is nearly undetectable!
I was really pleased with the outcome, and I'll definitely schedule again!!!

We had our carpets cleaned by a well-known company before. The difference between them and Zerorez is night and day. The technician was very thorough in cleaning our two chairs, as well as the carpeting in both bedrooms. The carpeting looks better than it has in years. I also like the idea of no chemicals. We're sold on Zerorez.

This is the 2nd time we have used ZeroRez. Both times our carpets have looked brand new after being cleaned. I love that there are no "puddles" of water that drench the floor and no soap residue. Carly cleaned 5 rooms of carpets for us and did a phenomenal job. She is a powerhouse dynamo. Carly is also friendly, professional, and easy to talk to when explaining which spots really need extra attention. I cannot recommend ZeroRes highly enough. Out of 10 being the highest recommendation, I would give them a 12.😊
