Professionalism
I have been using Zerorex for the past 11 years and am thoroughly pleased with the quality of work, professional technicians and the way my carpets look and smell when the job is done! No chemical residue, just soft clean carpet! Gotta love it!
the gentleman did such a nice job on the carpet in my mother's room, and the tile throughout my house looks amazing, easily 2-3 shades lighter! he was very pleasant to be around, and was even nice enough to put my AC filter back in the ceiling where I couldn't reach (a handyman took it out and forgot to put it back in). I've been pleased with each interaction with ZeroRez, except for one in 2021.
The technicians are always polite and professional and our carpets feel so clean afterwards.

No residue
We are very pleased with the cleaning and customer service provided by the technician. The whole transaction was very professional and the carpets came out exceptionally clean, dried quickly and very soft afterwards!
I was kept informed of the schedule and the Tech’s arrival time. Robert was friendly and informative as he reviewed the rooms to be cleaned. He was very thorough with heavy traffic areas. The carpet was very clean when he was done and no harsh lingering chemical smells. This was not our first experience with Zerorez and will definitely use them again.

My technician was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and asked me several questions before making any suggestions. He also gave me a probable out come of the process before I finalized my game plan. I think he did a great job and didn't try to oversell the product. I was very pleased with the out come.

Chris Frazier is an asset to Zerorez Phoenix. He does an excellent, thorough cleaning and is extremely conscientious about his performance at work. We've had many carpet cleaners over 30 years and Chris is the best we've had. With the Zerorez process he makes our carpets look like they were just installed.
Your commercials advertise ionized water that will not leave your carpet “crunchy”. My carpets feel “crunchy”. Carpets do not look any cleaner than they do when I use my Bissel cleaner. Huge waste of money.
