My carpets are clean without being really wet. The technicians are very professional and great to work with.
Noah, our technician was excellent.
All the carpets and the carpeted stairway leading from the garage were in desperate need of a good cleaning. It had been over 10 years. I was concerned that they would need to be replaced. To my amazement they looked brand new! Not one stain remained! It’s been almost 48 hours and there are no stains bleeding back, no sticky residue, just beautiful clean carpet.
The gentleman who provided the service was very thorough and very pleasant.
My tiles and grout are clean and my rooms seem brighter. The service was fairly fast, I was surprised. My carpets will be cleaned next month.

Bought a house with 20 year old carpet. It's amazing the difference from before to after. The salesmen on the phone set everything up and when they showed up everything was explained leaving no stone unturned. They didn't try and upcharge like most companies. Just fair and honest work. Thanks

I am a little concerned about the price I was charged. You came out two months ago with the same services and we were charged $170-190 something. This time around for the services I was charged $295. I understand that prices raise but that seems excessive. Im also concerned because from arrival to finish out technician was in and out in less then an hour. Previous technicians were here for longer. None of the stains were removed that we paid extra for the pet treatment for. I thought maybe it just couldn’t come out, but then Yesterday I used vinegar and baking soda and the darker discoloration came right out. I would like someone to call me back Phone number removed and I think my carpets need to be redone. We have been using you guys for years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. Incase you’d like to look up our history my husband and I have separate accounts under John Last name removed and and Name removed. Thank you!

We had our travertine tile cleaned and sealed today. They look amazing. Joshua did a fantastic
job. He was very polite and explained in detail what the process was. He made sure the floors
were dry and gave us instructions on how to take care of it now they are clean. We have used
Zerorez for our carpets too and will only use Zerorez.
The carpet cleaning is very good and I like that with the fans on, the carpet is dry in a few hours. Unfortunately, I would never recommend Zerorez for upholstery. I had you come out to clean two sofas and for the price, I saw no cleaning difference. He did not clean the cording around the cushions and missed the front of the sofa. Terrible work!

Zerorez was able to quickly and professionally remove a rust stain from a customer's carpet when another carpet cleaning company could not. They office staff, scheduling services and follow up are exceptional.
