I don't believe the tech did a very good job on cleaning my grout. Will not contact this company again.
Better training for employees. We had our grout cleaned twice. The first time the floor was covered in swirls of dirt all over the floor and some dirty grout lines. I had asked if I could wash the floor right away and was told to wait 48 hours. We called zerorez back and another technician with 20 years with the company came out and he did a great job
We have used your service for several years. The carpets seem cleaner and dry within 6-7 hours. David was professionally nice and experienced with carpet cleaning.
Pretreat heavy traffic areas. Our Technician Caleb was very professional and curious. He is definitely an asset to you company
1st time user so unable to really comment as the rugs we had cleaned were in a previously owned home and they were pretty clean (according to the worker).

I explained To the tech that there were soap spots - that I would need him to go over those spots twice- not only did he not do them twice- he raced over the whole carpet 3X’s faster than any other technician I’ve ever had- the spots are already getting dark!! I asked if there was a warranty on his work and he dismissed me saying that ‘if the spots come back it wicking.’ Total BS
Zerorez stands by their 30 guarantee of satisfaction.l Jacob worked hard to clean our L shaped sofa, especially one area. After it dried, it remained a bit darker than the other parts. Ryan came this morning and worked on the same area. This is not a new sofa. We purchased it with the house. I believe that it will be much better when it dries. Kudos to both Jacob and Ryan.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets and sofa and loveseat was very nice and was also careful to make sure that the chemicals would not damage my upholstery. The carpet looks great and so do the sofas.
