Disappointed that none of the stains came out of the carpet. Carpet needs to be pre-treated for stains. I now understand that just steam won't remove stains.

The employee went to the wrong address. Then at the complex went to the wrong unit number. Almost couldn’t do the job because the hose wasn’t long enough from the truck to the condo. Had to keep my garage door open and garage unattended throughout the entire job. At the end of the job the carpets did not look any cleaner.

I sent email about grout cleaning. No response to email. After grout dried I can see spots that were missed. Grout also is patchy looking where one spot looks clean then right next to it it is dirty. Technician also did not clean underneath/backside of cushion on couch. I spent over $400 on grout cleaning and upholstery. Wish I would have tried a company that steam cleaned.

Liked it and they can come back with in 30 days if the spots were not removed the first time.

The carpets were fantastic after they were finished. The technicians were great and had good customer relation skills, even the trainee. Yes I would use them again. I was the Manager of the Environmental Services department in 3 major hospitals in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. I have seen my share of carpet cleaning.

The price was a little steep but I am satisfied with how my carpets came out.

Everything looks amazing. I cant believe the difference on the grout. Our tech was great. We were not home so he continuously sent pictures of the progress. Highly recommend!!

Jacob was fantastic from start to finish! Floors looked brand new! He explained everything he was doing, took excellent care of working around our wood floors to not damage with the water he was using. Will be requesting him in the future!
