my carpet is as old carpet when they come into my house they understand at this time I cannot get a new carpet I ask them to do their best and their best is wonderful we are so pleased and would have no one else to do the carpet, their good people I would tell anyone that they should use no one else but Zerorez to do their carpets. We have scheduled Zerorez as a Christmas present for our Dad a few times and all those times they did a fantastic job. The house is both tile and carpet with pets, so we request pretty much the entire house. My Father is always happy with the results and your pricing is great too. We would recommend Zerorez to everyone. Also, your employees are very friendly and fast.
No soap and professional technicians. Reasonable pricing. Fees could be less(gasoline fee).

Your products work, period. The previous and original owner of our home had a cat that apparently had trouble finding the litter box and peed indiscriminately on the carpets. The carpets had been professionally cleaned prior to our taking occupancy and the spots were "gone". Within a month or two they were visible again. We heard your commercials and decided to give y'all a try.
The service technician was prompt, polite and did what appeared to be a thorough job. The urine stains were gone and have never appeared again and that was 4 years ago. We've used you twice since then for both carpets and tile and again the technician was prompt, polite and did a thorough job. We had scheduled 3 rooms plus 250 sq. ft. of tile and when he saw that one of the "rooms" was actually a walk-in closet, he had the price reduced because y'all charge less for a closet than a room.
Back in Illinois we patronized a small, privately owned auto repair shop for 28 years because of the same excellent service and honesty; if we live long enough we'll repeat that story with you!

The guy that helped me was awesome’
Employee was professional and courteous. The job was very good and the result was very satifying.
They were friendly nice and respectful. However they didn't wear booties, left a mess and water all over the tile. I spent over an hour cleaning and mopping my floors from all the foot prints and dragging of the hoses.
We have not walked on or put the furniture back on the carpet. I was going to put it back in the morning. I walked it prior to putting the furniture back and were still stains. I was able to take a white towel and water and get the spots out. I am very disappointed in the entire service we received. I will send the pictures of the stains that I got out myself.

After our carpet was cleaned, there were predictable stripes in the carpet. Like almost as if the employee only clean 1 of every 3 passes in the carpet. I wasn’t home, so I don’t know, and I would doubt that it’s true, but the carpet looks kind of striped now.
