I have five commercial buildings and they have been very easy to work with on getting estimates, scheduling, and finishing the job. Every office had coffee/soda stains and every one of them has been removed.
For the most part, we were very happy with ZeroRez. Blake left the cleaning machine at our home and had to come back to pick it up the next day.
On time, easy scheduling, technicians are courteous and professional, my tile looks amazing!

I have been using you for close to 8 years.
I have only had 1 issue in the past and you corrected it. (The carpets were soaked for 2 days.)
The technician was really nice and professional. No issues with Jessie.
The problem was that the carpets smelled awful as it was drying. The next day it smelled just as bad. We had to spray the carpets trying to get the smell out.
Maybe there was a defect in the product that was used that day? Again, the technician was fine....the carpets REALLY had a horrible smell after they were cleaned.
This has NEVER happened before. We love Zerorez....
Carli was wonderful. She was friendly and very profession and knowledgeable
about Zerorez. She took extra care to get the urine spot put of the carpet.
Who came out to my house this last time, was very professional and very friendly. He took his time and went over everything very well

I thought some of the grout didn't look that good. I went over some of the grout with Hydrogen peroxide and it made a noticable positive difference.

When I signed up for the cleaning online, I was not given all the correct information. So, when the gentleman showed up, I was charged extra. Then, once he started going through everything, he kept trying to add more expenses to the cleaning - of adding chemicals for de-odorizing. I'm not sure why, if your business is for cleaning without chemicals, I would then want to have chemicals added to my carpet to make it smell better when cleaning should just make it smell better, if you are actually getting it cleaned.
Also, I picked a time-frame that was available and was when someone would be home and not working; however the first team showed up 2 hours early, and was surprised when we declined having them start since we were still working and could not have that kind of noise in the background.
Finally, I have used your services in the past and was very satisfied with the level of cleaning on my carpets. However, this time, I do not feel that the carpets were actually as clean as they have been in the past. I was disappointed in how they didn't appear to be fully clean.
