I like that my carpets don’t feel crunchy or sticky after being cleaned and you don’t soak the heck out of them either.
Only complaint is that you usually show up hours before the scheduled appointment time frame.

Showed up within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. Made sure we knew all of our options and helped us understand what was to be done on the areas to be cleaned. They did a great job and the carpet was dry within half a day. We should have done this a while ago, thanks!

Zerorez always does a great job with my home. The employees are always super nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed with the product that is supposed to help your carpet ware longer, it didn’t seem to work for us. But overall satisfied with the company and their services.
