The service tech was excellent
We had your service before and were very happy with it. The carpet dried in a reasonable time, and it felt clean and soft to walk on. This time, however, the entire carper was still wet 14 hours after treatment, and the stairs were still wet 36 hours after treatment. As well, the carpet feels a bit stiff and crusty, as if there was residue left on the surface. Hmm, Zerorez. Not this time.

I hired this company because I thought the equipment was going to be better (steam) it all I saw was very conventional equipment. I sent a review this weekend. I just felt the carpet was not rigorously done in specific areas. A feedback, would be for the person doing the job to go over the areas with the home's owner to make sure specific areas are taken care of more frequently than others. When the person was done, I pointed out stains that were still very visible, the person did go over a little more it did improve, but that was all.
Once it dried up (10 hrs. later) , I walked the house with my wife and we noticed that many of the stains were still very visible.
What I think you can do to make things right, a percentage refund.

The technician was very good, friendly and throw. At each step of the cleaning he asked for me to review the process and point out any concerns. The carpet and chair was cleaned very well as always by Zeroez. Another great job.

Online scheduling is super quick and easy. I have always had very prompt arrivals and never wait until the end of my window. I needed a second pass this time to remove some tough stains but they got right back out and Robert took care of it. Thanks!
