Smooth....clean...friendly.
We just had Zerorez come and clean our living room/hallway carpet yesterday (two words- new puppies) and they did an outstanding job! This is probably the third or fourth time in the last year that we’ve used them and they consistently exceed our expectations, especially with our carpet that’s over 10 yrs old! We had an appointment last month and needed to cancel because of sick kids and I was a little bit worried about it because it was less than 24 hrs before the appointment time but the rep I spoke with was very kind and compassionate and didn’t charge us a late fee. The techs arrive on time and have always been very polite and respectful. I’d also like to note that they normally finish the job much faster then I anticipate too! I highly recommend Zerorez to everyone that asks me who I use.
Zerorez is always punctual & professional. The carpets dry quickly without that crunchy feeling.

It smells fresh and clean. No perfume coverups. The carpet is soft and fluffy with no soapy residue feeling And as it dies it continues to smell good not like an old wet carpet. I use them once a year and now that the carpet is getting old I think I’ll have them every 6 months. I love the results

Reliable, friendly, carpets look nice. Not a big pressure for usage of treatments.
Such a poor experience. My baseboards in my new home were chipped from the hoses that scraped along them. Water puddles were left all over my tile after the carpets were cleaned and my toddler slipped in the water and fell backwards hitting his head on the tile. So upset with this experience.
I liked how personable the technician was and he was very knowledgeable on what would work best for what we were looking for.. he also didn’t mind going over everything with myself and then my husband. I always have a excellent experience with Zeroez and their employees.. lifetime customer !

There are a few places we wish would have come cleaner, and in one room we now have some wrinkles in the carpet that weren’t there before.
