Pet stains are still partially visible and I didn't want to spend extra to remove the smell. We have a new puppy and will wait for deep cleaning after house breaking him.
Previous carpet cleaners from your company were able to perform a better job. I really had a hard time with our cleaners accent. Although he was very cordial and courteous, we just couldn't understand what he was saying.
Well I have always been very satisfied with the work that o get done. What so ever this time the cleaning was not done as well as the previous times.
This is the second time we've used Zerorez in the past year to clean our Sanctuary, Admin building and classrooms. They have a professional team and were able to complete the job within the time frame they quoted. Very happy with the results!

I have been a long time Zerorez customer and was very disappointed in my recent Carpet Cleaning. The overall carpet took over 24 hours to dry, with two ceiling fans and one floor fan running at all times. Even worse was the dark brown circle around the deep clean area. Fortunately I was able to touch up the area with a store product before my company arrived

Great service man. Thinking there should be something applied to protect from collecting more dirt after the cleaning.
We paid and notified the tech before hand we had some areas where there was pet stains.We waited for the areas to dry and hit them with a black light...let's just say they weren't clean.We can still smell the odor and still see the stains.The tech was here maybe an hour and a half and did 2 bedrooms a hallway ,stairs and the tile downstairs.Hopefully this will be redone the right way.We payed alot of money for this.We also have always had good results from past experiences with you.This time not so much

More upfront pricing. We still smell the urine, it is a lot less, but for the price of the deodorizing we expected it to be gone.

Your focus on my needing to clear the room is an issue. If I have a house full of furniture, clearing the room may not be an option. I had issue with your staff, telling me a piece was heavy, but it needed to be moved and I had to do it. I left it where it was, because it was heavy and I had no where to put it, however I ended up moving it because they made an issue of it and the only place I could move it left very little room for me to get around it. I also had issue with paint being taken off of my baseboard and nothing being said about it. I had just painted it a day or two before the floors were cleaned, so I know this was done by your technician. An acknowledgment was all I wanted, I knew there was nothing they could do, but it was so obvious and their silence was very loud..
All of this said, my floors look incredible and they did a great job.

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to walk us around, show us the stains, and justify the suggestive additional processes. In addition, he set our expectations so we can understand the final result will depend on the age of the carpet and the stains. And yet, he over delivered and got the carpet looking amazing. I will recommend the company to other companies that we know because of the level of professionalism. Especially Alex to friends and family since he cares and takes pride in what he does. Great services overall!
