My carpet looked no different from when they got here to when they left after dried it looks like the same carpet. I was not impressed on them, working the walk areas more effective than the outer areas of the room.

I’ve been using your company for several years, and have been a repeat customer because of the service, professionalism of their people, and consistently the best end result for our carpet and upholstery cleaning. When everything is fresh and clean, the entire house smells clean and looks great.

The technician was excellent. He was very careful about keeping the door closed so our cats could not escape to the outside. He also worked hard and diligently. There is still a small (and faint) red spot on one carpet. Not sure what it might be or if anything could get it out. But it is not very noticeable. Thank you for you service. I will continue to be a customer.

Great service for another year/cleaning. Jordan did a great job & very easy to talk with + explained steps along the way. Had a brief technical problem with the van, but that was resolved quickly at the shop and returned to finish the job. Thank you!
Carpet is cleaner than any other time
Wet shoe sole imprints from technician were left on the tile t/o the house and has been impossible to eliminate. Don't know if this is avoidable or not? Extra work and frustration for me trying to scrub this up to delete the imprints! :-(
Beau did a great job at my place this past weekend! My carpets were very dirty due to having a very ill cat, who also left blood stains (she had cancer), and he was able to get it all out. He took his time to do the job, and to ensure that I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the result!
I use Zerorez every year. They alwaus do a great job and get all of our carpets clean and freshh.
Kevin was a wonderful technician! We were performing some other work while the carpets were being cleaned and Kevin was flexible and efficient in completing the work. Definitely would use again!

The process was great! Nathan Knight did a wonderful job! He was so thorough. Wow! My husband and I were both very impressed. He didn’t miss a spot. He took his time and made sure to tell us what he was doing throughout the process.
