Professionalism and on time arrival. Explanations on what is to be done and how certain fabrics may not clean as well.
I love that there is no chemicals used. That there isn’t a smell afterwards, and theres no crunchy feeling. The technicians are always so friendly and always set good expectations.
For years, i have only used Zerorez. Their cleaners are well vetted, with good work ethic, and are on time (or earlier when they call). The carpets look so good afterwards and they even put up shields on corners to protect them from damage.
I had a very good experience. Technician was great and very professional.
Blake did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He was hard-working, knowledgeable, and very professional. He worked very hard to do the best job he could and the results were great. I would highly recommend Blake and Zerorez for carpet cleaning services.

Hi, my name is Name removed I had my sofa cleaned last Monday. The guy that did it was very nice and friendly and very helpful about the carpet I had laid out that i was cleaning. He had helpful tips and he did a quick cleaning on it to show me how you guys would clean it. That was very nice. When it came to the couch it took him 40 minutes maybe. That is fine but when he was done he said he could not get out the stains on the fabric. I also had urin spots but he didnt do anything extra to get those out. It still smells pretty bad. If you tell me that that is the best I totally understand but I just thought that maybe it would have turned out a bit better for the price. Maybe he was more comfortable with carpet and not upholstery. I have a friend who told me to just explain because she has used you before and you did wonders for her couch. I was just a bit nervous because I dont normally complain. I thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that you all have a great day.

Zerorez does amazing work, getting the tough stains out and everything looked fantastic. They saved the carpet from needing to be replaced.
I had heard such great things about your process and was so excited to see that you serviced my area, however after using Zerorez, I feel my carpets definitely felt and looked cleaner with other carpet cleaning companies I’ve used in the past.
Plus a few other disappointing issues with this service.
Great attitude, service,attention to detail and fabulous results! Had another company “clean” the carpets 3 days earlier but was getting a lot of fiber and debris when I vacuumed. Calked in Zerorez and they made the carpets look new. No more resiidue!
