Associate TREYVON LEE is very courteous , reliable and did a wonderful job on 3/25/23. He explained what has to be done and gave sincere recommendations on what may be use to sustain the cleanliness and status of carpet and tile . He did not appear pushy or doing sales talk . His attitude and workmanship is excellent.

Your technician hacked our credit card! He did not send us a text to make a payment but instead took considerable time to enter our card number into his phone with no receipt. Shortly after, fraudulent charges were made our card. I called your company and reported him. The supervisor on the phone was apologetic but no compensation was offered. I had to call & change our CC info with all the places that use the card for monthly charges and it was a huge hassle.
Also, at the end of his cleaning, he told us to open the windows and turn the ceiling fans on AFTER the carpets were wet; no forethought or consideration in suggesting this when it was more easily done. When I appeared with fans to take down the hallway to the bedrooms, he continued mopping the hallway floor, preventing me from delivering the fans. He lacked courtesy, forethought and consideration and he is a crook.
High traffic area where carpet was matted down wasn’t improved.
Paid nearly double quote for pet stains, which I put in questionare and protectant.

Just paid almost double from what I paid another company last year for same exact level of service.
Always have great experiences with zero rez. Our tech was awesome and super nice. Did a great job and was even joking with our 3 year old. Highly recommend.
Tone down the hype about your special water. Its just charged water. Doesn’t do any more or less when it comes to cleaning carpets.

My carpets look like new, plus Zerorez leaves them soft, not stiff like some other carpet cleaners products do.
Excellent results on cleaning my carpets and tile
The young gentleman that clean my carpet was very thorough. He clean my recliner first. He didn't rush. He clean my recliner over and over again. I was very pleased with the result. My carpet has a few challenging spots, which was dirty than some other area on the carpet. The guy took his time to clean those challenging spots. He went over the carpet as a hold and it very well. The gentleman took pride in his work , and he was very caring. All in All he was truly a professional.I WILL tell my friend about Zerorez if and when she need her carpet clean.My carpet was clean on 3/23/20/2023 a Thursday at 12:00 noonish to 2:00 pm.

I thought the two guys that came were nice enough, but $190 for 15 minutes worth of work felt like a rip off. The bill was $183 and gave a $7 tip. I wouldn't do it again, though.

Was scheduled between 8 and 12, called at 1130 having heard nothing. "Not sure what happened". Michael (very nice and professional), arrived around 245. Couldn't help with problem of where venting from washing machine thru the roof vent.
Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. She did a great job. Carpet cleaning was much better than I expected.
