The gentleman did a good job and I like that it dried quickly like they said it would.
Our technician was on time and did a great job.
Young man went way too fast and did a lousy job. Several spots were not cleaned properly. Extremely disappointing since I had high hopes for this visit.

Spots are coming back in master, carpet does not look clean. I understand the carpet is worn out in dome areas, but the coffee stains should have come out.
My 24 year old carpet came out looking like it was new in 1999!

Let me start by saying your product sells itself, Zerorez is that only way to go. The reason for I love you company isn’t the product, it’s your team. They are wonderful. The technicians are informative and professional. I was even able to get in last minute which I truly appreciated. I have had you out 4 times and 2 of the 4 a supervisor stopped by to check in on the techs. As a customer this gives me confidence in your team. The techs feel supported and have someone to give advice or direction. See you in a few months!
