Quick drying and no residue

Several liquid spill spots in our five year old beige carpet were removed, making the carpet look nearly brand new. We appreciate the fact that the carpet cleaned by zerorez does not have that cleaning product feel to it - it actually feels fresh and clean. We trust the process that zerorez uses and we appreciate the professionalism that tech Cassie showed while she was in our house cleaning three rooms of carpet.

I like that this company doesn't use chemicals or cleaners that can leave a residue.

Service and cleaning was done perfect. Setup was a little off. They do not like velvet fabric. A lot of manufactures will use the term velvet but it’s still a microfiber material. They were very quick to dismiss me as a customer.

The technician spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms. He started around 8am and I was paying him at 8:20. That is 6.66 minutes per room. There is no way he spent the quality time really going over the carpets slowly to really deep clean them. It was a Wham Bam Thank Ya Mam kinda job. I will never use Zerorez ever again and I will not recommend. I was outside doing yard work and really didn't think I needed to micro manage him to do his job. I'm so tired of trusting contractors to do the right thing only to be disappointed time and time again. Do I really need to watch every move you guys make to make sure you're doing your job?

We have used Zerorez a few times. They are always on time and professional. They do a very thorough job. The job we had done this time was tile and grout cleaning. Brandon was fantastic. He called when he was on his way, explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. He was very professional and friendly.
