The technicians were very personable and detailed and everything was very clean without much odor.

I was disappointed. I paid a lot of extra money for the pet treatment. My carpet was so drenched/wet when the technician left. It took days to dry. I think he tried but he informed us he was newer. I think the job was overwhelming for him. I even tipped him. I just expected more. This was my first time using you and I didn't see any difference. I had my tile and carpet done on the same day and I think that was a mistake. I didn't get to enjoy having nice clean tile because my furniture was all over it after for days while the carpet dried. Feel like it wasn't worth the over $700 I spent.
